Please use a compression tool like Zip or RAR (file extension = .zip / .rar)
ALL ATTCHMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO VIRUS SCANS.

4. NO Header/Footer demarcations.

5. AUTHOR IDENTIFICATION with PEN NAME preference given along with contact details MUST ACCOMPANY each submission. Confirmation, verifying contributor must be returned by email: Failure to do so will result in the submission being destroyed.

6. Align all text to the LEFT.

7. No indentations.

8. SPACING:
                   - Single line spacing of 1.5.
                   - A double line break (2.0) delineates a new section.

9. PUNCTUATION:
                    - Singular spacing only.
                    - Check correct use of punctuation marks.
                    - Inconsistent use of correct punctuation will result in rejection.

10. ABBREVIATIONS AND ANACRONYMS:
Use only if essential.

11. GRAMMAR & SPELLING:

If excellent penmanship is your goal, equip yourself with the necessary tools.

DO NOT SOLELY RELY ON THE AUTOMATIC SPELLING AND GRAMMAR CHECK.
DICTIONARIES ARE A VITAL RESOURCE. Never guess!!
